This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries via the ticketing system, particularly concerning onboarding and HR support throughout the APAC region.
β’ When necessary, escalate medium- and high-complexity issues to the relevant internal teams (EX, Payroll, Legal).
β’ Maintain effective and professional communication with employees to guarantee a seamless experience.
β’ Facilitate onboarding workflows for new hires in the APAC region, ensuring compliance and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
β’ Assist in coordinating mobility-related activities (e.g., relocations, document management, employment documentation).
β’ Ensure that onboarding documentation and procedures adhere to APAC-specific requirements.
β’ Oversee open tickets, ensuring timely responses and correct prioritization.
β’ Keep records updated across platforms such as Monday.com, Dropbox, and HRIS.
β’ Help organize internal documentation and training materials under the guidance of the EX Manager.
β’ Support operational tasks and process execution to ensure smooth daily workflows.
β’ Identify trends in employee inquiries and provide recommendations for improving processes and documentation.
β’ Assist with EX team projects and initiatives as required.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Employee Experience team on routine tasks and projects.
β’ Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
β’ Receive ongoing mentorship and training to expand your scope and responsibilities.
β’ Over 4 years of experience in HR support, onboarding coordination, employee lifecycle management, or mobility operations, preferably with exposure to APAC markets.
β’ Strong knowledge of employment operations and onboarding processes in countries including:
β’ - Philippines
β’ - India
β’ - Malaysia
β’ - Indonesia
β’ - Singapore
β’ - Australia
β’ Familiarity with onboarding procedures and employment documentation in international contexts.
β’ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; a keen attention to detail is essential.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Proficient in utilizing HRIS and collaboration tools (e.g., ticketing systems, Monday.com, Dropbox).
β’ Comfortable working in a dynamic, fully remote team environment.
