• Deliver tailored support to employees utilizing the OneHub platform, ensuring smooth access to benefits, rewards, recognition, and discounts.

• Address employee inquiries via phone and live chat, resolve issues, and provide high-quality solutions.

• Uphold outstanding customer satisfaction while consistently meeting service level agreements and performance objectives.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and specialized teams to achieve efficient resolutions and provide exceptional service.

• Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a genuine passion for assisting others.

• A collaborative team player with proficient computer skills and a customer-centric mindset.
