This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries through the ticketing system, particularly concerning onboarding and HR support in the Americas region.
• Elevate medium- to high-complexity issues to the relevant internal teams (EX, Payroll, Legal) as necessary.
• Maintain strong and professional communication with employees to ensure a seamless experience.
• Assist in onboarding workflows for new hires in the Americas, ensuring compliance and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Aid in mobility-related coordination, including relocations, document management, and employment documentation.
• Ensure that onboarding documentation and procedures are aligned with Americas-specific requirements.
• Oversee open tickets, ensuring prompt responses and accurate prioritization.
• Keep records current across platforms such as Monday.com, Dropbox, and HRIS.
• Help organize internal documentation and training resources under the guidance of the EX Manager.
• Support operational tasks and process execution to facilitate smooth daily workflows.
• Identify patterns in employee inquiries and provide feedback for process and documentation enhancements.
• Assist with EX team projects and initiatives as required.
• Work closely with the Employee Experience team on regular tasks and projects.
• Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and training to expand scope and responsibilities.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR support, onboarding coordination, or employee mobility, ideally with exposure to the Americas markets.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and employment documentation in international settings.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities; meticulous attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in utilizing HRIS and collaboration tools (e.g., ticketing systems, Monday.com, Dropbox).
