This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess various stages of the client life-cycle to determine financial objectives.
• Recommend suitable solutions, products, services, and investment strategies.
• Inform clients about financial planning concepts and clearly convey EFE’s value proposition.
• Secure client engagement and assist clients in developing personalized investment strategies.
• Follow up to verify the completion of onboarding procedures.
• Open client accounts and facilitate fund transfer and management.
• Interact with existing clients to reaffirm or modify strategies as necessary.
• Efficiently manage client communications and carry out follow-up tasks.
• Conduct thorough reviews of client portfolios.
• Collaborate with EFE account support personnel to ensure prompt and precise administration.
• Deliver financial planning services, guidance, and ongoing relationship management, mainly through phone and virtual meetings.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services.
• High emotional intelligence; ability to demonstrate empathy, care, and consideration.
• Capability to communicate complex and sensitive topics clearly with clients.
• Proficient in managing emotional discussions and de-escalating situations when necessary.
• Possession of a Series 65 or 66 license is mandatory.
• A 4-year college degree is required.
• A background in finance and/or business is preferred.
• CFP or CRPC designation is preferred.
• Completion of certifications in financial or life planning education is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Financial Peace University or similar initiatives is a plus.
