Emergency Medicine Physician, AI Clinical Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create challenging Emergency Medicine clinical cases and benchmark tasks.

• Design authentic scenarios that encompass triage, stabilization, diagnostics, treatment, disposition, and handoffs.

• Analyze fragmented or longitudinal medical records to identify critical trends, contradictions, omissions, and safety concerns.

• Assess AI-generated clinical outputs for accuracy, patient safety, practical relevance, and reasoning quality.

• Generate gold-standard responses and clinically justifiable reference solutions.

• Utilize structured rubrics to evaluate medical reasoning, terminology, documentation, and safety.

• Review emergency decision-making processes, including differential diagnosis, escalation, treatment priorities, and discharge/admission choices.

• Analyze transitions of care and EMS/paramedic handoffs as applicable.

• Integrate calibration feedback and enhance tasks through iterative review cycles.

• Assist in quality calibration and review of contributions from other team members when appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO with a valid US medical license.

• Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine.

• Approximately 8+ years of experience in professional Emergency Medicine.

• Current or recent clinical practice within the last 3 years.

• Solid experience in emergency assessment, stabilization, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills and ability to synthesize complex or fragmented medical records.

• Experience in reviewing clinical documentation and identifying missing, unsafe, or inconsistent actions.

• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to produce clear, clinically defensible reasoning.
