This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +4 more states.
• Successfully implement, transition, and hand over emergency call handling projects to Support.
• Develop, oversee, and execute comprehensive project plans utilizing automated project management tools, processes, and procedures.
• Evaluate project performance against established goals and comprehend the business implications.
• Act as the primary liaison for customers, subcontractors, and internal team members.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and channel partners, providing regular updates on project status.
• Organize and facilitate meetings with both internal and external customers to achieve project objectives, milestones, and deadlines.
• Initiate, create, and sustain project schedules.
• Lead status review meetings to monitor progress against established plans.
• Initiate, create, and manage project budgets and financial targets.
• Analyze project expenses and conduct cost status reviews with team members and management.
• Perform in-depth analyses of program data and recommend solutions to clients.
• Identify and address project risks, notify management of issues, and develop action plans for resolution.
• Travel approximately 25–50% throughout the Northeast region to support project sites, attend client meetings, and engage in company events.
• High School diploma, Technical Certificate, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, IT, Leadership, or Technology is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management and Emergency Call handling is required.
• Must have legal authorization to work indefinitely in the U.S.
• Employer work permit sponsorship is not available.
• Must effectively lead and drive assigned projects.
• Experience with Public Safety communications systems is required.
• Proficient in creating project documents and utilizing a cloud-based document management system such as Google Workspace.
• PMP and/or CAPM certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with local public safety entities, including police, fire, and emergency medical services, is advantageous.
• Self-motivated team player capable of working effectively with general guidance.
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with regional and territorial management.
• Capability to communicate effectively with peers and senior stakeholders.
• Must be willing to travel 25–50% throughout the Northeast region.
