This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the daily operations, coaching, and growth of Outbound and Inbound BDRs across various EMEA regions.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing BDR talent.
• Cultivate a culture centered around accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.
• Establish career development pathways for BDRs.
• Collaborate with regional Sales and Marketing leaders on key priorities, target accounts, and pipeline objectives.
• Ensure effective execution of inbound lead management and outbound prospecting initiatives.
• Track pipeline generation, conversion rates, and productivity metrics.
• Identify areas for enhancing efficiency, pipeline creation, and growth.
• Take ownership of BDR KPIs and develop a metrics-driven operational rhythm.
• Analyze performance data and implement actionable enhancements.
• Standardize processes, best practices, reporting, and execution across different regions.
• Work alongside Operations and Enablement to enhance systems, workflows, tools, and reporting.
• Assess programs and introduce scalable productivity enhancements.
• Experiment with new approaches, messaging strategies, outreach motions, and lead management techniques.
• Contribute to shaping the long-term strategy for the EMEA BDR organization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Enablement teams.
• Report to the Director of Business Development.
• More than 5 years of experience in leading Business Development, Sales Development, or Sales teams.
• Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and mentoring high-performing BDR or SDR teams.
• Strong analytical and metrics-driven approach with a background in managing performance through data.
• Experience in supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within enterprise IT organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of prospecting, opportunity qualification, territory planning, and pipeline generation.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities, regions, and stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to achieve business outcomes.
• Leading geographically distributed or multinational teams is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com and contemporary sales technology platforms.
