
EMEA Benefits Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Develop and implement benefit strategies, frameworks, and programs that align with the business objectives.
β’ Oversee and manage all benefit programs in the EMEA region in collaboration with brokers, vendors, employees, HR, and payroll.
β’ Administer the entire leave process across EMEA countries, including managing dates, eligibility, pay, documentation, policies, and regulations.
β’ Handle invoicing for EMEA, track payments and benefit-related expenses, and address any billing discrepancies.
β’ Address employee inquiries and create as well as distribute communications.
β’ Design and maintain EMEA benefits pages via SharePoint.
β’ Lead the annual enrollment procedures, encompassing cost analysis, communications, system configurations, SharePoint postings, and audits.
β’ Collaborate with global benefits and HR teams on resources related to global benefits.
β’ Provide project management assistance to the Global Benefits team.
β’ Work in partnership with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Tax, and Legal departments on benefit-related initiatives and issues.
β’ Conduct analyses regarding market competitiveness, trends, plan effectiveness, recommendations, and cost modeling.
β’ Ensure that processes, practices, and policies adhere to applicable laws, regulations, audits, and controls.
β’ Complete compliance testing and fulfill audit requirements.
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent is mandatory.
β’ Benefit certification is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 3β5 years of relevant experience is required.
β’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
β’ Excellent problem-solving abilities.
β’ Proficient analytical skills with the capability to transform analysis into presentations.
β’ Basic Excel skills, including knowledge of simple formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
β’ Experience in planning and managing projects is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Workday is an advantage.
β’ Understanding of EMEA benefits administration and compliance is required.
