This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Driving Revenue: Deliver Level 2 sales assistance to partner sales teams, oversee all leads referred by partners, and maintain effective pipeline management.
• Supporting Partner Sales Teams: Create and implement thorough on-the-job training sessions for partner teams, and manage the Slack channel for sales support.
• Building Processes & Reporting: Ensure all deals are closed in a timely manner, refine the role framework, and strategically plan for partner success over time.
• Proven experience in channel sales, sales, or partner management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-oriented environment.
• Sales Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the complete sales cycle.
• Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Salesforce Expertise: Proficient in using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset for addressing partner challenges.
• Training & Enablement: Capability to train and empower partner teams with effective communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational abilities to ensure precise data entry in Salesforce and accurate reporting.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, remote setting.
• Team Player: A collaborative attitude, engaging with cross-functional teams.
• Writes and speaks fluent English.
• Experience working remotely is advantageous.
