Embedded Devices Software Sales Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan focused on leading security brands and manufacturers within designated territories.

• Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and boost market awareness among targeted accounts.

• Generating a sales pipeline through outreach efforts, prospecting, local marketing initiatives, and participation in industry events.

• Securing contracts to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual booking goals while fulfilling strategic objectives.

• Overseeing customer relationships and engagements throughout all phases of the sales process.

• Partnering with Field Engineers to comprehend customer needs and guarantee satisfaction.

• Keeping precise records and forecasts in Salesforce.

• Building effective professional relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.

• Collaborating with team members across support, delivery, and management functions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding academic performance from both high school and university levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.

• Ability to confidently express opinions, provide feedback, and share ideas openly.

• Proven history of exceeding expectations to achieve exceptional results.

• Experience in field sales, specifically in embedded Linux, embedded software, or enterprise software.

• Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives and securing large account wins.

• Proficient in professional written and spoken English, with excellent presentation abilities.

• Familiarity with Linux (preferably Debian or Ubuntu).

• Strong interpersonal skills, along with curiosity, adaptability, and accountability.

• Results-driven, with a strong commitment to fulfilling obligations.

• Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks.

• Openness to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and industry events.

• Detail-oriented with effective follow-up skills.
