Email & Web Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Create emails in HubSpot using predefined templates, ensuring that content, links, and formatting are accurate before sending.

• Schedule and execute email campaigns, managing send times and audience lists/segmentation within HubSpot.

• Utilize personalization tokens, smart content, and dynamic fields to enhance relevance and user engagement.

• Perform A/B tests on subject lines, layouts, and CTAs; analyze outcomes and apply insights gained.

• Maintain list segmentation and ensure adherence to CAN-SPAM and GDPR best practices.

• Conduct thorough quality assurance on emails before deployment across various devices and email clients.

• Create and manage landing pages, website pages, and content components within the CMS.

• Work collaboratively with designers to transform mockups and brand guidelines into refined, responsive web pages.

• Collaborate with back-end developers or a development team as necessary to implement new functionalities.

• Enhance pages for performance, SEO, and conversion optimization.

• Keep abreast of HubSpot platform updates, CMS best practices, and web standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing development, email development, and/or web development roles.

• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub (HubSpot certifications are advantageous).

• Experience in building and managing pages in Sitecore and/or Liferay CMS.

• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS for email; familiarity with email rendering variations across clients.

• Working knowledge of front-end web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

• Experience in creating responsive, accessible web pages and emails.

• Familiarity with marketing automation concepts, such as workflows, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring is a plus.
