Email Template Developer, B2B On-Demand

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, schedule, and implement one-time, recurring, and triggered email campaigns.

• Establish and oversee Data Extensions, audience segmentation, SQL queries, suppression lists, and campaign eligibility criteria.

• Design and sustain Journey Builder journeys, which include entry sources, decision splits, waits, and exit criteria.

• Import, create, and update email assets and templates in Content Builder, incorporating personalization and dynamic content.

• Construct and supervise Automation Studio workflows, encompassing imports, SQL activities, extracts, and various data processes.

• Conduct comprehensive end-to-end QA, addressing links, tracking, personalization, AMPscript, rendering, audience selection, and journey testing.

• Resolve issues related to campaigns, journeys, templates, and automation workflows as necessary.

• Assume responsibility for assigned deliverables and communicate updates, inquiries, and potential challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Data Extensions.

• Capability to independently create, deploy, test, and troubleshoot email campaigns and customer journeys.

• Familiarity with email templates, personalization techniques, and dynamic content.

• Experience in audience segmentation and campaign eligibility logic.

• Working proficiency in SQL and AMPscript.

• Strong grasp of email campaign QA processes, including rendering, tracking, links, personalization, and audience selection.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to take full ownership of assigned deliverables.

• Capacity to work independently and swiftly adapt to varying project requirements.

• Dependability and ability to operate within established timelines.

• Clear communication regarding progress, inquiries, and potential challenges.
