This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of the comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy for major DTC clients, including the development of roadmaps and recommendations for impactful initiatives.
β’ Cultivate client relationships, lead calls and presentations, proactively manage escalations, and ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction.
β’ Convert performance data into actionable insights, produce executive-ready reports, and guide client prioritization and strategic decision-making.
β’ Manage monthly scope, collaborate with team leads to monitor resource utilization, adapt roadmaps, and ensure alignment with contracted hours.
β’ Mentor and coach Specialists and Senior Specialists on strategy, execution quality, and client communication, while acting as a subject-matter expert in lifecycle marketing.
β’ Supervise campaign and flow execution, conduct quality assurance on deliverables, and uphold accuracy, brand alignment, and technical excellence across accounts.
β’ Proven experience in lifecycle marketing strategy and providing client advisory for enterprise or large-scale DTC accounts.
β’ Strong knowledge of email and lifecycle marketing tools such as Klaviyo or Braze, including expertise in segmentation, experimentation, loyalty, referrals, and subscriptions.
β’ Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships, including leading calls, presenting insights, and handling escalations.
β’ Ability to mentor, coach, and offer strategic guidance to internal teams.
β’ Exceptional analytical thinking and reporting skills, with a proficiency in transforming complex data into actionable strategies.
