This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and manage email programs and nurturing campaigns that cater to all phases of the buyer's journey.
• Take ownership of the email channel strategy, automation, list health, and performance reporting.
• Plan and implement email workflows, newsletters, and drip campaigns tailored for extended B2B sales cycles.
• Oversee the email calendar from inception through distribution and analysis of results.
• Create and maintain audience segments based on industry, persona, purchase history, and stage in the sales funnel.
• Craft unique messaging targeted at engineers, procurement teams, and distributors.
• Write compelling copy for technical products and updates.
• Work collaboratively with designers on layout and template development.
• Conduct regular A/B testing and leverage the insights gained.
• Report on metrics such as open rates, click rates, and the impact on the sales pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations while maintaining high list quality.
• Utilize AI tools for personalization, copy creation, segmentation, and reporting purposes.
• Manage email support for major trade shows, including Pack Expo and Champions of Manufacturing.
• Ensure that event leads are effectively nurtured and actively engaged.
• Collaborate with BDR, Sales, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Paid Media teams on lead handoff, nurturing tracks, and pipeline objectives.
• Minimum of 5 years in B2B email marketing or demand generation.
• Proven experience in directly building email campaigns rather than solely managing vendors.
• Proficient in segmentation, nurturing flows, and list management.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo, HubSpot, or a similar platform.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of intent data platforms such as 6Sense or Demandbase.
• Understanding of AI applications in marketing workflows, including personalization, content creation, and analytics.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial technology, or sectors with complex, lengthy sales cycles is advantageous.
• Self-motivated individual capable of building and managing tasks in a lean environment.
