Email Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Choose, implement, and take ownership of the Email Service Provider (ESP)

• Integrate the ESP with product and subscription information

• Establish email deliverability foundations, including SPF/DKIM/DMARC

• Create and launch welcome/onboarding lifecycle flows

• Develop and initiate Day 0–3 retention and cancellation-prevention flows

• Design and implement cancellation/win-back flows

• Craft and launch transactional emails

• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and segmentation

• Translate test results into actionable insights

• Construct reporting that links email performance directly to revenue

• Monitor open rates, CTR, S1–S2 rebill rates, and the percentage of total subscription revenue

• Collaborate with product, analytics, and design teams

• Utilize user behavior and cohort data to develop targeted campaigns

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of practical experience in email/CRM/retention marketing

• Proven experience in building an email marketing channel from the ground up

• Hands-on ESP experience, including technical setups

• Familiarity with SPF/DKIM/DMARC and fundamentals of deliverability

• Strong grasp of A/B testing methodologies

• Capability to convert test findings into decisions

• Proficiency with analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar

• Ability to interpret cohort and funnel data

• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language

• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English proficiency or higher
