This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee a small team.
• Manage the entire CRM configuration utilizing Klaviyo, Shopify, postcard marketing, and WhatsApp marketing.
• Design and enhance newsletter campaigns.
• Create and execute automations.
• Establish and evaluate A/B testing.
• Propel the strategic growth of the CRM.
• Act as an Account Manager for clients.
• Proven experience in managing e-commerce clients.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership.
• Familiarity with newsletter platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, Omnisend, or ActiveCampaign.
• Background in data analytics.
• Prior experience as an Account Manager in an agency or as an in-house CRM Lead.
