• Maintain and enhance the CRM system to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
• Oversee contact segmentation, email lists, and automation workflows.
• Assist with campaign setup, tracking, and performance analysis.
• Manage authentication processes (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and adhere to deliverability best practices.
• Experiment with and improve subject lines, personalization, and frequency strategies.
• Supervise the gathering, cleansing, and organization of client and prospect information.
• Regularly conduct audits of CRM databases to eliminate duplicates, rectify errors, and maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align database structure with campaign objectives.
• Implement email cadence and automation strategies for nurturing and engaging clients.
• Execute 1:1 authentication and beta testing of subject lines and timing methods.
• Monitor open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and optimize for better engagement.
• Create and oversee automated workflows that enhance client experiences and improve internal efficiency.
• Track and refine the client journey to ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
• Work with cross-functional teams to synchronize automation with business objectives.
• Assist with marketing event logistics, including communications, invitations, and follow-ups.
• Manage event-related CRM data and facilitate Zoom or virtual event setups.
• Compile research on prospects and attendees to aid outreach (e.g., ALTA new clients, event lists).
• Develop and maintain marketing landing pages and web forms to capture leads and event registrations.
• Ensure seamless integration with CRM and analytics tools.
• Test and optimize forms for conversion rates and user experience.
• Collaborate with design teams to produce branded email templates, graphics, and web assets.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in CRM management and email marketing.
• Proficiency with major CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, HubSpot, Salesforce, Active Campaign, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with a background in data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with email authentication, deliverability, and compliance standards.
• Preferred experience in event marketing or client journey automation.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization is preferred.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) are preferred.
• Detail-oriented: Ensures data accuracy and consistency in processes.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM, web, and automation tools.
• Creative & Analytical Balance: Merges design sense with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborative: Works effectively with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
• Organized & Proactive: Efficiently manages multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proven experience collaborating with U.S.-based business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Ability to work within core U.S. business hours/time zone expectations - Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap.
