Email Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of our email and SMS programs utilizing Klaviyo or similar tools.

• Create and oversee automated flows that correspond with the customer journey.

• Formulate advanced segmentation strategies.

• Work in conjunction with creative and brand teams.

• Initiate growth campaigns that facilitate product launches and promotions.

• Evaluate performance and deliver clear reporting on email KPIs.

• Continuously conduct A/B testing and refine subject lines, copy, design, and timing of sends.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of direct experience with Klaviyo.

• Demonstrated success in creating high-performing automated flows and campaigns.

• Experience in segmenting lists using data-driven logic.

• Basic design knowledge.

• Strategic thinking combined with a proactive approach.

• Analytical mindset.

• A solid understanding of email as a key driver of growth.
