Email Marketer, Copywriter – Profit Trader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage daily email production from conception to publication for a community of active traders.

• Develop a forward-thinking email content calendar capable of quick adjustments in response to market shifts or industry events.

• Continuously generate ideas across various themes and perspectives.

• Maintain a consistent structure, pacing, and tone that upholds the established TakeProfitTrader voice.

• Execute first drafts that emphasize clarity, credibility, and efficiency.

• Produce and deliver high-quality daily emails on a dependable schedule.

• Design and oversee a rotating email framework (themes, formats, recurring concepts) to avoid redundancy and fatigue.

• Recognize timely, relevant opportunities to modify or override the email calendar.

• Work closely with the CMO on voice, positioning, and strategic initiatives.

• Revise copy based on feedback, performance indicators, and business context.

• Ensure clean, accurate, and compliant copy that steers clear of hype, exaggeration, or unrealistic language.

• Assist with additional copy requirements (landing pages, paid advertisements, promotions) as capacity allows once email responsibilities are fully established.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of senior-level copywriting experience with a strong focus on email.

• Proven capability to craft clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy without resorting to hype.

• Experience in planning and managing ongoing email campaigns or newsletters.

• Excellent editing, proofreading skills, and a keen eye for detail.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools as part of a contemporary copy workflow (while maintaining a human touch).

• Knowledge of email best practices (subject lines, CTAs, cadence, deliverability).
