SMS/Email Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Create and implement email retention strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement, driving repeat purchases, and increasing lifetime value.

• Design and refine automated email flows, which include welcome sequences, onboarding processes, nurture campaigns, abandoned cart reminders, win-back initiatives, and re-engagement journeys.

• Segment target audiences and tailor messaging based on customer behavior and their stage in the lifecycle.

• Track campaign performance and assess key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, retention, and churn.

• Perform A/B testing to consistently enhance email content, subject lines, timing, and customer journeys.

• Work collaboratively with our creative, content, design, and account management teams to produce impactful campaigns for various clients.

• Keep abreast of email marketing trends, deliverability best practices, and CRM advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing.

• Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing automated email campaigns.

• Proficient in using email marketing and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or comparable tools.

• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing techniques.

• Analytical skills with the capability to interpret campaign data and convert insights into actionable strategies.

• Exceptional project management and communication abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced agency setting.

• Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or digital-first brands is advantageous.
