Email Marketing Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and format email and SMS campaigns within Klaviyo utilizing provided creative assets, copy, and brand guidelines, while setting up and launching automated flows with triggers, splits, filters, delays, and conditional logic.

• Conduct quality assurance for all campaigns and flows to ensure accuracy prior to deployment, testing mobile and desktop rendering across various devices and inboxes, and verifying that links, tracking, personalization, and dynamic content operate correctly.

• Set up dynamic content blocks, product feeds, and personalized content, while developing, maintaining, and resolving issues related to audience segments and lists.

• Schedule and deploy campaigns and flows meticulously and punctually, implementing hide/show logic and conditional content within emails as necessary.

• Work closely with Lifecycle Marketing Strategists and Specialists to implement campaigns and automations across multiple ecommerce client accounts.

• Ensure clear organization and documentation across various accounts and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience in Klaviyo, including supporting ecommerce and DTC brands.

• Proficiency in building both campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, Attentive, or other ESPs, including executing SMS marketing.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Klaviyo flow logic and automation structure, encompassing conditional splits, trigger filters, dynamic product feeds, segmentation, hide/show logic, and dynamic variables and personalization.

• Solid understanding of email rendering best practices with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for emails and experience with Shopify integrations are significant advantages.

• Excellent English communication skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced agency setting.
