This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Set up, launch, and enhance email campaigns utilizing our proprietary email service provider.
• Develop and execute multi-step automated email workflows driven by user interactions.
• Design and oversee sophisticated audience segments to facilitate activation, engagement, retention, reactivation, and promotional activities.
• Conduct experiments, evaluate outcomes, and leverage insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Create and sustain dashboards to monitor essential email and lifecycle marketing metrics.
• Collaborate effectively with Product, Data, Engineering, Marketing, and General Management teams.
• Operate independently in a fast-paced environment, identifying areas for improvement, proposing enhancements, and assisting in process refinement.
• Supervise and enhance the performance of our internal email system.
• Generate data-driven concepts for relevant, personalized email content.
• Lead and facilitate the evolution of the email marketing department into a program driven by AI technology.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
• Familiarity with an ESP, customer engagement platform, or an in-house email system.
• Solid understanding of user journeys, behavioral triggers, lifecycle communication, and funnel-based messaging for online products.
• Robust analytical skills with the capability to track, interpret, and enhance campaign performance.
• Experience working with data, including basic to intermediate SQL proficiency.
• Ability to assess A/B test results in relation to overall performance impact.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively across various stakeholder groups.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in AI tools, experimentation, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills with English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
