This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Develop and manage a CRM strategy at the account level, creating a roadmap for each brand.
• Create engaging concepts and briefs: transform ambiguous client input into clear and detailed briefs.
• Set up technical aspects of Klaviyo: establish segmentation for sends and exclusions.
• Conduct pre-send quality assurance: verify segments, subject lines, and offers prior to each dispatch.
• Foster client relationships: organize and lead monthly meetings with clients.
• Collaborate on production: work alongside Specialists, Co-writers (CoReds), Designers, and Video Editors.
• Demonstrated experience in email marketing and CRM specifically for e-commerce.
• Expertise in Klaviyo, including segments, flows, campaigns, profile properties, and conditional logic.
• Familiarity with e-commerce subscription mechanisms (SKUs, recurring/replenishment orders, upselling/downsizing) and the Shopify platform.
• Strong foundation in deliverability and email performance metrics (open rates, order rates, impact of formats, etc.).
• Proficient in using Figma for briefing and annotating designs.
• Exceptional written French skills.
