This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Design and establish the email-sending infrastructure from the ground up, selecting and configuring platforms and technical components for high-volume email distribution.

• Set up and maintain email authentication and sending infrastructure to ensure reliable delivery and safeguard sender reputation.

• Create and oversee a scalable sending operation that accommodates approximately 300,000–500,000 emails daily.

• Strategize, execute, and monitor bulk email campaigns targeting both new and existing contact lists.

• Manage sending volumes and assess delivery performance.

• Track inbox placement, sender reputation, bounces, complaints, and various deliverability metrics.

• Detect issues and take corrective measures.

• Maintain and enhance infrastructure and sending processes based on campaign outcomes and changing delivery requirements.

• Review, segment, and manage contact lists considering data quality, consent status, and engagement factors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building email-sending infrastructure from the ground up and managing it on an ongoing basis.

• Demonstrated experience in executing high-volume email campaigns, ideally at a scale of hundreds of thousands of emails per day.

• Strong technical expertise in email deliverability, inbox placement, sender reputation, and email authentication protocols, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

• Hands-on experience in configuring and managing bulk email-sending platforms and the necessary infrastructure to operate them at scale.

• Experience in monitoring delivery metrics, troubleshooting deliverability challenges, and optimizing sending practices based on performance data.

• Experience in managing both new and legacy contact lists, including considerations for list quality, segmentation, consent, bounces, and unsubscribe management.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
