Email Designer/Slicer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop dynamic and captivating email designs for our clients while adhering to brand guidelines across various campaigns and flows.

• Work collaboratively with Strategists and Copywriters to ensure visual assets align seamlessly with email strategies and content.

• Keep abreast of current email design trends and integrate innovative ideas into layouts.

• Organize creative assets effectively and maintain quality through thorough proofreading and layout evaluations.

• Slice approved email designs in Figma for integration into Klaviyo, ensuring excellent responsiveness and optimal load times.

• Carefully compress and export assets, striking a balance between quality and performance.

• Ensure that sliced designs are neatly organized and easily transferable to the Email Marketing team.

• Continuously enhance slicing techniques and contribute to the documentation of best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in email design, ideally within an agency or high-paced setting.

• Proficient in Figma and the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email platforms is preferred but not mandatory.

• An understanding of email slicing best practices and responsive design is also preferred but not essential.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
