Email Coder – Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and implement email marketing campaigns utilizing internal systems.

• Develop responsive email templates based on creative design files or marketing guidance.

• Enhance emails for compatibility across various devices and email clients.

• Conduct quality assurance on HTML email files using tools like Litmus, EmailOnAcid, or similar inbox-rendering platforms.

• Address rendering and deliverability challenges.

• Generate and apply tracking codes for campaign links.

• Collaborate with marketing leaders to establish project parameters and identify optimization and growth opportunities.

• Ensure campaigns adhere to industry standards for design, accessibility, deliverability, and user engagement.

• Manage timely campaign launches while ensuring high-quality final output.

• Partner with creative, marketing, and technical teams to realize designs and enhance campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Klaviyo, Braze, Attentive, or another Email Service Provider (ESP).

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SQL, and email scripting languages such as Ampscript or Jinja.

• Significant experience in hand-coding HTML and CSS, especially for responsive email design.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on email production, preferably using large enterprise email platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with internal stakeholders and partners.

• Strong client-service skills with the capability to manage expectations and deadlines.

• Solid understanding of email technologies, best practices, and current trends.

• Ability to troubleshoot and enhance campaigns for performance and deliverability.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency in English, Excel, and completion of a Typing Test.
