Email Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• Oversee client accounts, with a focus on strategy and performance.

• Lead weekly client meetings, share insights, and professionally address feedback.

• Develop, manage, and enhance campaigns and flows using Klaviyo.

• Draft campaign briefs, supervise execution, and conduct quality assurance on emails prior to dispatch.

• Daily performance monitoring and tracking of key performance indicators (open rate, click rate, bounce rate, revenue per recipient).

• Identify campaigns that are underperforming and apply data-driven enhancements.

• Suggest and implement A/B tests, segmentation strategies, and new lifecycle flows.

• Collaborate with designers and internal teams to guarantee high-quality and timely deliverables.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation, reporting).

• Experience in managing multiple eCommerce/DTC accounts concurrently (agency experience is preferred).

• Strong foundation in email marketing for product-oriented brands.

• Confident in leading strategy calls with clients and facilitating decision-making.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong project management skills with the capability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Analytical mindset with the skill to convert data into actionable insights.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Notion, and Slack.

• Understanding of eCommerce metrics (AOV, LTV, CVR, retention) and lifecycle marketing.

• Experience in copywriting or reviewing copy for email campaigns.

• Exposure to Omnisend, CRO, or alignment with paid traffic strategies.
