ELO ECM Consultant – All Genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create processes and develop tailored solutions in close partnership with clients.

• Provide guidance to customers and assist them in utilizing ELO ECM.

• Facilitate training sessions and onboard users effectively.

• Install and implement ELO software and associated add-ons.

• Plan and coordinate projects to guarantee the successful execution of client initiatives.

• Travel to client locations to deliver optimal solutions.

• Several years of experience working with ELO ECM.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics in an audience-appropriate manner.

• A structured, independent, and solution-focused approach to work.

• Passion for new subjects and technologies, coupled with the ability to swiftly learn new responsibilities.

• A strong customer orientation, team player mentality, and professional demeanor.

• A solid eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

• Proficient in German.

• Basic proficiency in English.
