Electrician Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.

📋 Description

• Conduct a one-hour live workshop on a monthly basis.

• Respond to student inquiries regarding the electrical trade and job search.

• Provide authentic insights into the nature of entry-level electrician positions and apprenticeships.

• Offer optional one-on-one coaching for students who express interest.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in the electrical field.

• A passion for mentoring and assisting individuals transitioning into the trades.

• Excellent communication and instructional skills.

• Availability for at least three evenings each week, preferably from Tuesday to Thursday.

• A proactive attitude — capable of independently leading workshops.
