This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete range of site activities during the ITO and/or OTR phases under the guidance of the overall project leader.
• Direct the site team and manage the execution of the project scope of work.
• Potentially oversee multiple sites for a single project.
• Ensure that the schedule, quality, and costs adhere to contractual obligations, company policies, and local regulations.
• Supervise construction, building, erection, and commissioning activities at customer locations.
• Manage site mobilization through civil, erection, and commissioning efforts.
• Contribute to the development of strategies and policies while ensuring successful delivery within the designated area of responsibility.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations leveraging technical experience and expertise.
• Lead small projects that carry moderate risks and resource requirements.
• Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and work towards building consensus.
• Travel approximately 90% across the United States.
• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma/GED combined with a minimum of 7 years of experience in substation construction, site installation, and commissioning, with a strong understanding of electrical design.
• At least 3 years of advanced experience in substation construction, site installation, and commissioning, showcasing a deep understanding of electrical design.
• Experience in site safety protocols.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards or relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
• Proven track record in leading programs and projects.
• Proficiency in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Established skills in project management.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
