This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all aspects of site operations during the ITO and/or OTR phases under the guidance of the overall project leader.
• Direct the site team and manage the execution of the project scope of work.
• Supervise multiple project sites when necessary.
• Ensure that schedule, quality, and costs align with contractual commitments, company policies, and local regulations.
• Assist with construction, building, and commissioning activities at customer locations from mobilization through civil, erection, and commissioning tasks.
• Act as a resource for best practices and quality assurance.
• Participate in the development and implementation of strategies and policies within the designated area of responsibility.
• Evaluate data and offer recommendations.
• Make decisions related to operations, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.
• Provide support to less-experienced colleagues.
• Manage small projects that involve moderate risks and resource requirements.
• Communicate complex or sensitive information and foster consensus.
• Persuade others on relevant topics within the domain.
• Document, plan, promote, and implement programs.
• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or college, or a high school diploma/GED accompanied by a minimum of 7 years of experience in substation construction, site installation, and commissioning, along with a strong understanding of electrical design.
• At least 3 years of advanced experience in substation construction, site installation, and commissioning with an in-depth knowledge of electrical design.
• Experience in site safety practices.
• Knowledge or experience with OSHA regulations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 90% across the United States.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in problem analysis and resolution.
• Proven ability to lead programs and projects effectively.
• Competence in documenting, planning, promoting, and executing programs.
• Well-established project management skills.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
