Electrical Foreman

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Execute assigned electrical tasks safely and effectively within the specified timeframe as instructed by site management.

• Assume personal accountability for safety and foster a secure working environment for colleagues.

• Offer guidance, foundational training, and assistance to less experienced team members.

• Oversee electrical installation operations at client job sites.

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality electrical installations while adhering to budget constraints.

• Organize and perform intricate electrical tasks in dynamic job site settings.

• Engage in 100% travel to customer locations throughout the United States.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in electrical installation is essential.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the continental United States is necessary.

• A High School diploma or equivalent experience is required.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineered drawings.

• Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a secure work environment.

• Physically capable of lifting at least 50 pounds and performing tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, and walking at extensive building projects in varying climates.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow directions from supervisors.

• A valid driver's license is mandatory.

• Basic computer skills are preferred, including proficiency in email, spreadsheet entry, and report documentation.

• A technical degree or specialized training is preferred.
