Electrical Foreman

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Oversee electrical installation operations at client locations

• Ensure high-quality electrical setups are completed on schedule and within budget

• Provide hands-on guidance to installation teams

• Supervise groups of 10-15 installers

• Manage small-scale projects with up to 10 installers lasting 1-3 weeks

• Inspire, guide, mentor, train, and coach team members

• Set a positive example and thrive in a dynamic jobsite atmosphere

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to lead a team of 10-15 installers

• Ability to manage a small project with up to 10 installers for a duration of 1-3 weeks

• Expertise in conveyor sub-system layout electrical schematics

• Skilled in wire pulling and cable layout, including ASI, E-net, and other communication cabling

• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

• Proficiency in motivating and directing others with respect and efficiency

• OSHA 30 certification is mandatory

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Openness to receiving direction

• Capacity to professionally mentor team members

• Ability to train and coach subordinates effectively
