Electrical Foreman

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Oversee electrical installations and activities at customer job locations.

• Ensure high-quality electrical installations are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Execute assigned electrical tasks safely and effectively within the designated time frame as instructed by site management.

• Assume personal accountability for safety and encourage a secure work environment for colleagues.

• Offer mentorship, foundational training, and assistance to less experienced team members.

• Travel 100% to client sites throughout the United States.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in electrical installation.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the continental United States.

• High School diploma or equivalent experience is required.

• Capability to read and understand engineered drawings.

• Strong safety consciousness with a commitment to upholding a secure work environment.

• Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds and performing tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, and walking at large building sites in various weather conditions.

• Effective communicator who can follow directions from supervision.

• A valid driver’s license is necessary.

• Basic computer skills are preferred, including proficiency in email, data entry in spreadsheets, and report preparation.

• Technical degree or specialized training is preferred.
