Electrical Foreman

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Oversee electrical installation tasks at customer job sites

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality electrical installations within budget

• Provide hands-on leadership to installation teams

• Manage teams of 10-15 installers

• Execute small projects with up to 10 installers over a duration of 1-3 weeks

• Coordinate the electrical layout for conveyor subsystems, including wire pulling and cable arrangement

• Mentor, train, and guide junior installers

• Inspire and lead team members with efficiency and respect

• Set a positive example in a dynamic jobsite setting

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven ability to lead a crew of 10-15 installers

• Experience managing small projects with up to 10 installers for 1-3 weeks

• Strong proficiency in electrical drawings for conveyor sub-system layouts

• Expertise in wire pulling and cable layout, including ASI, E-net, and other communication cabling

• Solid understanding of NEC standards

• Capable of motivating and guiding others with efficiency and respect

• OSHA 30 certification is a must

• Exceptional communication skills

• Openness to receiving direction

• Ability to mentor subordinates in a professional manner

• Competence in training and coaching junior staff
