• Carry out the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, which include switchgear, transformers, control panels, and power distribution equipment.
• Execute troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of electrical issues while ensuring minimal operational downtime.
• Analyze and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Maintain adherence to national and international electrical standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, IEEE).
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to facilitate seamless project implementation.
• Compile technical reports, test results, and as-built documentation.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards at job sites.
• Offer technical training and support to technicians and junior engineers.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–5+ years of practical field experience, varying by job level.
• Strong grasp of power systems, protection, and control circuits.
• Proficient in using tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, or similar software.
• Familiarity with PLCs, drives, and automation systems is advantageous.
