Electrical Engineer/Technician – O&M of PV Plants

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Perform routine visual and instrumental assessments of solar panels, inverters, transformers, and other electrical components.

• Identify and rectify electrical and mechanical issues in PV systems utilizing specialized tools and equipment.

• Employ monitoring software and tools to evaluate system performance, detect irregularities, and ensure maximum energy efficiency.

• Execute scheduled maintenance activities, including connection inspections and the replacement of worn components.

• Carry out all tasks in compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

• Keep precise records of maintenance actions, repairs, and system performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Technology or a relevant technical qualification in Electrical Engineering.

• Valid IIIB ANRE certification is highly advantageous.

• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Comprehensive understanding of solar PV technology, electrical systems, and mechanical components.

• Capability to effectively diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.

• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and procedures pertaining to electrical equipment.

• Effective communication skills with team members, supervisors, and clients.

• Proficiency in software applications for monitoring, reporting, and communication purposes.

• Ability to analyze complex scenarios, identify underlying issues, and apply effective solutions.

• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities.
