Electrical Engineer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assess the performance of cutting-edge AI models in the context of real-world electrical and electronics engineering tasks.

• Conduct precise data entry operations utilizing computer systems.

• Offer clerical and administrative assistance as required.

• Maintain data integrity and accuracy while overseeing extensive datasets.

• Work collaboratively with team members to facilitate data annotation initiatives.

• Leverage artificial intelligence tools to improve data processing capabilities.

• Clearly explain why a given answer is incorrect, beyond simply stating that it is.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on industry experience in circuit or electronics engineering, actively engaged in technical work as an individual contributor.

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.

• Proficient understanding of circuit analysis and design trade-offs.

• Capability to justify decisions made at both the component and system levels.

• Proficient in circuit simulation software such as SPICE and similar tools.

• Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools.

• Competence in using laboratory instruments.

• Familiarity with MATLAB or Python for engineering analysis purposes.

• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to articulate why an answer may be incorrect.

• Basic knowledge of AI/LLM tools or a quick aptitude for learning them.

• Availability for 30 to 40 hours per week; part-time arrangements may be considered.

• Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is a plus.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.

• Reliable internet access and a computer are essential.
