This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Level 2 documentation verification, on-site installation, and readiness checks for construction, along with Level 3 equipment startup and vendor validation.

• Support Level 4 functional performance testing, which encompasses breaker coordination, insulation resistance, and component failover analysis.

• Aid in Level 5 integrated systems testing using load banks to confirm system redundancy, concurrent maintainability, transient behaviors, and automated throwover schemes (ATS).

• Evaluate site-specific test scripts, Method Statements (MOPs), Energization Plans, and pre-functional checklists.

• Contribute to the electrical project issue log by classifying, tracking, and assisting in the resolution of discrepancies and safety gaps.

• Offer technical guidance to field technicians and electrical contractors.

• Verify the installation, protection tuning, and failure modes of critical electrical systems, including distribution, generators, UPS, ATS/STS, EPMS/SCADA, protective relays, and grounding systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field experience.

• At least 1+ years of direct experience in electrical commissioning, engineering, or construction of mission-critical facilities.

• Proven experience in leading Level 2–Level 3 programs for hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise construction projects.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting complex single-line diagrams (SLDs), three-line diagrams, schematic diagrams, control wiring diagrams, and time-current coordination curves.

• Capability to navigate construction sites, climb ladders, and lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.

• Willingness and ability to travel 50% to 65% of the time.
