eLearning Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality digital learning solutions.

• Convert training needs into captivating, interactive eLearning experiences.

• Collaborate with instructional designers and key stakeholders.

• Review, maintain, and improve existing eLearning content.

• Create, manage, and enhance eLearning modules utilizing Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise 360.

• Assist in user acceptance testing and ongoing improvements of AICC.

• Produce engaging tutorials and comprehensive documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in eLearning development.

• Proven experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and/or Articulate Rise 360.

• Experience in maintaining existing Articulate courses.

• Familiarity with AI-powered authoring tools or a willingness to learn.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is essential.

• Experience in administering or supporting Learning Management Systems is highly beneficial.

• Strong understanding of SCORM standards and LMS deployment.

• Solid knowledge of adult learning principles.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
