• Instruct online ELA classes with an emphasis on Reading & Speaking, as well as Reading & Writing skills.
• Develop and present organized lessons utilizing Think Academy's curriculum materials.
• Effectively engage and oversee a virtual classroom of approximately 10 students.
• Assess student assignments, offer prompt feedback, and monitor student progress.
• Maintain professional communication with both students and parents regarding educational objectives and performance.
• Take part in regular teacher training, curriculum discussions, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Must be a native-level English speaker with a strong command of American English.
• Preferred experience teaching ELA in U.S. public, private, or charter schools, ideally focused on 1st to 4th grade.
• A bachelor's degree in any field is required; candidates with majors in Education, ELA, or English are favored.
• A solid understanding of elementary reading instruction, literacy development, and writing assistance is essential.
• Comfortable using online teaching technology and managing a virtual classroom environment.
• Must be enthusiastic, student-focused, and capable of motivating young learners.
