This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee, develop, and optimize the commercial performance of the Coopidrogas account within the independent pharmacy channel.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, coverage, sell-out, and portfolio management.
• Monitor key indicators: active clients, new clients, purchase frequency, sales turnover at the point of sale, and days of accounts receivable.
• Revive underperforming associated pharmacies and expand the base of points of sale that purchase the portfolio.
• Negotiate orders, commercial conditions, discounts, bundles, and promotional activities with pharmacists.
• Implement strategies to enhance turnover and purchasing frequency at the point of sale.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels at each pharmacy through suggested orders and replenishment.
• Analyze sales information by category, associated pharmacy, and region, identifying trends and purchasing behavior.
• Continuously track commercial results and compliance with agreements with Coopidrogas.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales within mass consumption, pharmaceuticals, or traditional channels (TAT).
• Experience managing accounts in the pharmaceutical channel, cooperatives, or associations of independent pharmacies (Coopidrogas, Copservir, or similar).
• Proficient in commercial indicators of the channel: sell-in, sell-out, coverage, active clients, and accounts receivable.
• Key Account Management (KAM) experience in the pharmaceutical channel.
• Data analysis skills related to sales and management of sell-in and sell-out indicators.
• Commercial planning, forecasting, and portfolio management experience.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of the cooperative model of pharmacies (Coopidrogas, Copservir) is desirable.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical channel.
• Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
