• Build customer loyalty and retention by providing benefits offered by other operators.

• Present advantages and promotions to transition customers from a prepaid plan to a postpaid plan.

• Work from Monday to Sunday with a rotating day off.

• Adhere to the established schedules for full-time or semi-full shifts.

• Less than 1 year of professional experience.
