This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Lead and enhance EHS programs across various Controls locations.

• Ensure adherence to local laws and international standards.

• Identify potential risks, carry out assessments, and implement preventive strategies.

• Conduct incident investigations and determine underlying causes.

• Serve as a reliable advisor to leadership and operational teams.

• Create and deliver training and awareness initiatives.

• Oversee audits, inspections, and liaise with regulatory authorities.

• Foster a mindset focused on safety and sustainability.

• Track KPIs and provide insights to senior stakeholders.

• Act as the primary contact for the Workers Council.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical field.

• Qualification as a German Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa), or the ability to obtain this qualification.

• Relevant experience in EHS compliance, risk management, and occupational safety management systems.

• Prior EHS experience in field-based settings.

• Strong understanding of EHS regulations and management systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

• Experience in industrial, construction, or technical environments.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Valid driving license.

• Willingness to travel within Germany.
