EHR Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Utilize our blended learning approach to instruct physicians, mid-level providers, clinical staff, and support personnel in the operation of Office Practicum’s electronic health records and practice management software.

• Provide training through a variety of formats: Instructor Led, Group Training, Remote, Onsite, Go-live support, and Webinar.

• Conduct workflow analyses and create electronic practice workflows during the implementation phase.

• Consistently plan and deliver the educational training necessary for the software solution's go-live implementation.

• Identify and communicate potential issues and challenges at client locations to other members of the implementation team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.

• 2-4 years of experience training end users on EHR systems both at client sites and remotely.

• Experience in ambulatory care environments, particularly in pediatrics.

• Background in developing Training Curriculum materials is an advantage.
