Egg Trader – International

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of clients and suppliers in global markets

• Acquire and negotiate egg supplies from both internal and external sources

• Propel new business initiatives in wholesale, retail, and foodservice sectors

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to optimize profitability

• Track market trends, pricing changes, and supply-demand dynamics

• Work in conjunction with internal sales and operations teams to enhance performance and execution

• Represent the organization at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking functions

• Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with both domestic and international stakeholders

• Discover arbitrage and trading prospects within regional and worldwide egg markets

• Ensure adherence to local regulations, import/export standards, and quality benchmarks

• Promote growth in relevant markets by leveraging experience in agri-business, poultry, egg, or similar commodity trading.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive, demonstrated experience in sales or trading related to eggs, produce, or similar commodities

• Established book of business with existing supplier and/or customer connections

• Strong skills in negotiation, deal-closing, and relationship management

• Proven history of meeting or surpassing sales objectives

• In-depth understanding of the international food supply chain and distribution landscape

• Knowledge of cross-border trade, logistics, tariffs, and regulatory frameworks

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Bilingual proficiency is a significant advantage
