EEG Monitoring Technologist – vEEG

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monitor multiple continuous EEG recordings in real-time.

• Detect, document, and report seizures, status epilepticus, clinical events, and other critical abnormalities.

• Work in close collaboration with both virtual and bedside care teams to facilitate timely patient care.

• Maintain the organization's mission, values, and service standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Neurodiagnostic Technology program or an equivalent training pathway.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical EEG environment.

• State licensure may be necessary based on the specific location of practice.

• EEG certification or registration is preferred.

• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities in fast-paced clinical settings.

• Proficient communication and collaboration skills utilizing Microsoft Teams and Epic Secure Chat.

• Capability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new EEG technologies and processes.
