This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and secure clients by selling bilingual education programs to private schools, public schools, non-profit organizations, and municipal governments.
• Conduct school visits to showcase the bilingual education program.
• Seek out and engage potential clients for presentations of the Systemic Bilingual program.
• Recognize opportunities for the company's offerings during school visits and subsequent communications.
• Deliver both commercial and pedagogical presentations to educational teams, including principals, coordinators, and teachers.
• Contribute to strategic planning initiatives within the area.
• Follow up on school visits and provide support to clients until contract finalization.
• Organize parent meetings to introduce the program and highlight the concept, advantages, and benefits of bilingual education.
• Request contract drafts from management as needed and ensure follow-up.
• Participate in company events aimed at generating leads and opportunities.
• Optimize travel expenses.
• Comply with company processes and policies.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 2 years in a sales or commercial role within an education-focused organization.
• Languages: Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with the Systemic methodology.
• Experience using HubSpot.
• Understanding of sales dynamics and the Brazilian education market.
• Knowledge of presentation techniques.
• Skills in public speaking.
• Proficiency in negotiation and client relationship management techniques.
• Excellent written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Pedagogical expertise.
• Remote work opportunity.
