📋 Description

• Identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals for short-term career opportunities within the educational and school services sector.

• Actively reach out to and recruit potential candidates, fostering relationships, understanding their requirements, and qualifying them for job openings.

• Inform prospective candidates about the personal and professional advantages of pursuing a temporary career in healthcare.

• Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.

• Develop and sustain relationships with travel healthcare professionals.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Preferred: Over 1 year of proven success in a sales, staffing agency, and/or metrics-driven role.
