Educational Consultant – West Coast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as a leader and mentor for internal teams regarding Teaching Strategies content and product expertise.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees pertaining to content and products.

• Create ongoing content and product learning initiatives for customer-facing and product teams.

• Offer coaching on content and product knowledge to internal teams.

• Collaborate with Sales and Partner Success Teams to enhance revenue and improve solution implementation.

• Oversee content-specific elements of sales presentations.

• Formulate tailored implementation, professional development, and coaching plans for significant sales accounts.

• Provide consultation on specialized content, Early Childhood education, and relevant markets.

• Investigate customers, their objectives, aspirations, objections, concerns, and challenges to personalize presentations.

• Assist Marketing and Content teams in producing customer-facing communications, pitch decks, social media updates, marketing materials, webinar scripts, and conference proposals.

• Enhance Teaching Strategies’ thought-leadership through conferences, blog entries, communications, and professional journals.

• Develop model implementations showcasing solutions in practice.

• Represent Teaching Strategies’ dedication to program success during customer interactions and conference presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside on the west coast.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the entire suite of Teaching Strategies solutions.

• Over 10 years of experience in the Early Childhood sector.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% nationally as required.

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related discipline.

• Leadership experience in developing and managing programs as an administrator or instructional coach.

• Experience in facilitating adult learning training sessions.

• Proven experience or strong transferable skills in sales and implementation.

• Proficient presentation skills, both in person and via Zoom.

• Required proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

• Capability to learn new technology applications.
